Harvested in a bee yard covered by alsike and red clover and some alfalfa and distant of 2 miles from mono-cultural crops it is the cream of old fashion honey. One spoon can empty the jar! Made liquid at low temperature (less than 40C/100F) to preserve enzymes and vitamins, keep it in a cool place for delaying natural crystallization.
